The Osbourne family has been well known in Hollywood since their hit reality TV show, showing the merry misadventures of their daily lives. However, in recent years they have become less public about their lives.

Recently they have toned their Hollywood personas down and taken on quieter roles, like TV talk show hosts or musicians. The family has also welcomed new members in the last few months amid Ozzy being unwell.

In February this year, Ozzy announced that he was canceling his tour because he was physically incapable of completing all of the performances that he had set out for himself. The Black Sabbath band member said it was an incredibly difficult decision to make.

His health conditions came as a result of an accident he had four years ago, which caused permanent and primarily irreparable damage to his spine. He has had many treatments in the last four years but admits his body remains weak. He lamented:

"Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way."

Apart from his spinal injury, Ozzy was also diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2020, which has also affected his touring and performance ability. The last time he performed was in August last year.

This weekend, Sharon shared an update on her husband, saying he was doing much better, and even shared some news about where Ozzy was planning on performing next. Yet fans were not pleased.

"I don't want to die in America."

He said he was sick of living in Los Angeles and had seen how things were changing there. The rocker said he was English and wanted to return to his roots, but he would go if Sharon told him he had to move to Timbuktu.

On Saturday, Sharon shared a clip from an interview she did with Piers Morgan, in which she said Ozzy was doing much better and feeling stronger than he did when he made the announcement.

She also shared the news that Ozzy would be performing on October 6 at the Coachella site. Although he is not performing in a festival as big as Coachella, the rocker is going to keep his promises to his fans and give them the show they deserve.

For Ozzy, not being able to perform has been difficult for him because he loves to be around his fans and treats them like family when he sees them. While he has been unable to perform, he confirms he has missed them.

Since he has been laying low and focusing on his recovery, he says that his main goal is to get back on stage as soon as he can. We wish Ozzy a speedy recovery and an excellent show in October.
